Have Emma help you get the best home for your horse.

If you have a horse you'd like to find a new home for, let Emma help! Emma has had a hand in the sale of dozens of client horses over the last few years and would love to assist you with photography, written descriptions, marketing/advertising, connecting with buyers, and scheduling showings. While ELH does not currently have it's own facility, this service can easily still be provided while allowing your horse to stay at it's current residence.

Pricing:

Initial conformation photos & video package, description, marketing, buyer communication, & showings for the first 2 weeks - $275
Additional marketing, buyer communication, and showings - $100/wk

Trip Fees

Call fees will apply to in-person services at any location outside of our 10 mile radius at approximately $1 per mile. ELH can provide an estimate upon request.

No, there is no commission fee! This allows clients to avoid being caught in a situation where the trainer may ask an unreasonably high price or refuse to lower the price after the horse has been on the market longer than anticipated in order to avoid being paid less. ELH's first priority is to find your horse a GOOD home, not just A home.
